ലോകമെമ്പാടുമുള്ള സ്കൗട്ടുകളെ റേഡിയോ, ഇൻ്റർനെറ്റ് ആശയവിനിമയങ്ങളിലൂടെ ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വാർഷിക ആഗോള സ്കൗട്ടിംഗ് ഇവൻ്റാണ് JOTA-JOTI (ജാംബോറി ഓൺ ദി എയർ – ഇൻ്റർനെറ്റിലെ ജാംബോറി). ഒക്ടോബറിലെ എല്ലാ മൂന്നാമത്തെ വാരാന്ത്യത്തിലും ഇത് നടക്കുന്നു. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് വിവിധ ജില്ലാ അസോസിയേഷനുകൾ വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ അണിനിരത്തി ഈ വർഷത്തെ ജോട്ടാ ജോട്ടി കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ഏറെ ആസ്വാദ്യകരമാക്കാനുള്ള തയ്യാറെടുപ്പിലാണ്. മലബാർ റേഡിയോ ക്ലബ്, സ്‌പേയേഴ്‌സ് കേരള, വിവിധ ഓപ്പൺ യൂണിറ്റുകൾ, റേഡിയോ സ്കൗട്ടിംഗ് ക്ലബ് , എന്നിവരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലും, സ്വകാര്യ വ്യക്തികളുടെ സഹായത്തോടെയും, ഹാം റേഡിയോ സേവനം ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തി പരിപാടിയെ കൂടുതൽ വൈവിധ്യമാർക്കുകയാണ്.
തൃശ്ശൂർ മലപ്പുറം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പ്രത്യേക കോൾ സൈനോട് കൂടി സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും. തൃശ്ശൂർ കേന്ദ്രമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ശക്തൻ തമ്പുരാൻ ഓപ്പൺ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് , മാവേലിക്കര ഓണാട്ടുകര ഓപ്പൺ ഗ്രൂപ്പ്, മലബാർ റോവേഴ്സ് എന്നിവർ ജോട്ട ജോട്ടിക്കായി പ്രത്യേകം സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
