Strategy for Scouting, a visionary roadmap designed toempower over 57 million Scouts worldwide to equip youth
and drive positive change. This strategy is set to guide theScout Movement until 2033, ensuring its relevance in a
rapidly changing world.The strategy is built around three powerful impact
statements and seven strategic priorities – each onecarefully crafted to enhance and elevate the Scoutingexperience. These priorities are not just goals; they are
commitments to creating a world where every young personis inspired to lead, learn, and make a difference.
